Imagine this, you are an orthopedic surgeon (insert your specialty here) who worked for Hospital ABC for 3 years. During this time, you saw Dan Smith as a patient for an ACL tear. You did the surgery; the patient was happy and everything was good.

Out of the 5 surgeons, 2 don’t have any ratings, 2 have 3 star rating but only have 3-5 people who have provided a rating, and 1 has a 4.5 star rating with 48 people who have left reviews.

Dan decides to call Dr. Zee because they have a 4.5 star rating, they have a bunch of reviews, and they are close to him.

This story happens all the time! If you aren’t at least on Google My Business, Facebook and Healthgrades you need to get on there ASAP.
