Action Items

This is for you if…

  • You are actively planning to leave employment and open your own practice
  • You feel overwhelmed and don't know what to tackle first
  • You are worried about missing something that delays your opening or costs you money
  • You want a trusted system built by someone who has helped physicians do exactly this
  • You don't want to pay a consultant thousands when you just need a little guidance

The problem

Most physicians are brilliant clinicians and first-time business owners at the same time. Medical school taught you everything about patient care — and nothing about entity formation, credentialing timelines, EMR selection, or how to negotiate a commercial lease. Miss one step and you could delay your opening by months. Miss another and you could lose tens of thousands in revenue before you see your first patient.

    Questions & Answers

Q: How much does it cost?

The cost for Business Savvy Physician’s practice startup program is $1500 the first month, then can go up in price depending on if you want the Done With You package or the Done For You package.  There will be an additional travel fee for the month you open your practice. We will come out and be there and help you the day before you open, and the first day of clinic. We can also come out and look at your clinic to help you decorate and organize where everything will be. Other things we can help with are marketing, grand opening event, training and more.

Q: What if I need more help than 3 months?

Once our three month minimum is met, we can just do month to month. Once you open your practice we can work on onboarding your new hires, streamlining work flows, improving processes and procedures and more.

Q: Am I locked into a 3 months if I sign the agreement?

Yes, there is a 3 month agreement because unexpected things always come up in the beginning and we want to be available to help you through it all. It also allows you to move forward quickly and have a solid plan of action.  However, we are open to month-to-month on a case by case bases. This is something we discuss prior to signing an agreement.
