Over the years, I’ve had the honor of working with hundreds of physicians at all stages of their careers.

I’ve seen first-hand how stressful those first steps out of residency can be. I have also seen many physicians decide to leave hospital employment or a group practice they were in because it wasn’t what they expected. The transition in both cases can be extremely taxing and uncertain.

Then, once physicians are in a private practice, they don’t know what they don’t know. For example, physicians don’t always make sure their new information is correct on all major websites so patients can find them easily. Physicians aren’t sure how to increase their revenue without taking on more patients. Managing staff can be annoying and stressful, let alone having to replace staff. Doctors are having to do all of this and still take exceptional care of their patients. All of this can be overwhelming and time consuming.

As someone who has worked with medical professionals for nearly two decades, and has grown up with a father who spent his whole career as a maxillofacial surgeon in private practice, I decided to start a company to help private practice physicians get and stay in private practice.
